1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeflyPay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

WeflyPay provides payment processing services that allow merchants to accept credit card payments and receive settlements in USDC cryptocurrency on the Polygon network. Our services include payment link generation, transaction processing, and payout management.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Sale of prohibited goods or services
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Fees and Payments

WeflyPay charges a processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30 per successful transaction. Fees are deducted from settlements before payout. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice.

6. Settlement and Payouts

Funds from successful transactions are held for a 21-day fraud protection period. After this period, funds become available for payout to your designated USDC wallet on Polygon. Minimum payout amount is $50.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

You are responsible for customer disputes and chargebacks. WeflyPay may deduct chargeback amounts and associated fees from your available balance. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, excessive chargebacks, or failure to complete identity verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

WeflyPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WeflyPay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
